Welcome to Racetrack Sound Studios, located in the heart of historic Gettysburg, Pennsylvania.  Established in 1997, as Racetrack Music Group, the founders of the company, Sal Chandon and Paul Chiacchierini, had worked for several major studios in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic.  From the beginning, Racetrack has been a multi-faceted company offering remote and studio recording, mastering, CD duplication and an independent record label.

Racetrack Sound Studios has grown into a recording complex with two state of the art control rooms, a 24 X 32 foot main recording room with 12 foot ceilings, four isolation booths, a collection of over 100 microphones and a wide variety of analog and digital equipment for all audio applications.

We are also home to the Pennsylvania Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences, the first and only school for audio engineering licensed by the Pennsylvania Department of Education. Students attending the school have the opportunity to receive a real world education that prepares them for entry into the field of professional audio.

We cater to the serious musician who has discriminating tastes.  Thanks for visiting our web site.  Please call for a personal tour of the facility and let us show you how we can give your next recording project the "major label" sound.
